An end user called me about a unique one today. He was going to upload a bunch of files to a team site, and when he went to the upload page, he was missing the link for Upload Multiple Files.

My first guess is that it is ActiveX settings-related. I suspect he has one of the ActiveX settings in IE set to Disabled.

Has anyone encountered this before? If so, can you confirm that I am on the right track? And do you know which of the settings needs to be changed in order for him to be able to see the link?
