Migration from v1.0 to v2.0

Has anybody been successful in migrating SPS v1.0 to v2.0 with
everything intact especially the document library, categories and
subscriptions? I'm having a really tough time. I followed all the steps
provided by MS and when it's all done, I can only see my categories but
no subscriptions. I also see the documents in the categories but the
links are broken. This is my 3rd go round and really not looking for my
4th. Does anybody know of a smooth path to take or what I could be doing
wrong?

Has anybody migrated from SPS v1.0 to v2.0? If yes, has anybody noticed
if the subscriptions or categories migrated over? I have done the
migration, but did not see any subscriptions or categories migrated over
to v2.0.
