Migration of User Profiles from AD to ADAM

I am using MOSS 2007 with ADAM. I have to migrate users from AD to
ADAM. User information is in csv format. we have mapped all the AD
attributes to ADAM. So can you please provide me a step-by-step guide
to migrate these AD users to ADAM.
