Basically, you want to do a clean install onto your 64bit hardware and then
migrate your content.

But is 32 bit  SharePoint2003 content will migrate to new 64 bit environment,
will it support?
or it will give any errors?

Content is content, it's stored in the SQL database. How you get that
content over is the thing. There are a couple of ways it can be done, partly
depending on size, time constraints etc.

I want to know that contetnt databse of SPS 2003(32 bit  ) after
running prescan tool
can it migrate to 64 bit MOSS 2007 machine directly or any other steps
to be taken for this.

will this support or not ? or I have to carry following steps
like migrate to MOSS 2007 (32 bit ) and then Migrate to the MOSS 2007(64 bit)
as per the article by

How to move a SharePoint Server 2007 32-bit environment to a 64-bit
environment on Windows Server 2008.
