Migrating SPS Log Files to SQL Server

Anyone know what we need to do to migrate the log files from SPS to
our SQL server on which we have Crystal Reports? End result is to
produce usage statistic reports on the SPS portals/workspaces.

End Result: A Crystal Report run from our SQL server  that shows the
statistics and usage  of our SPS. Does anyone have any experience with
migrating the files  to a sql  server?
