Migrating content from a user's My Site to a portal subsite

Anyone have any quick/easy fixes for this? Apparently there's no Explorer
view for My Site libraries, so this could be painful if there are enough
documents. I'll be looking at stsadm next, but any "been there" insight
would be appreciated.
