Migrate Webparts from SPS2001 to SPS2003

Does anyone know of a way to utilize webparts from SPS2001 that are
vbScript in SPS2003 without having a programmer recode them
under .NET? Perhaps a working method to run vbScript within an ASP
file or something similar?
