How to migrate the "site template gallery"

How can I migrate the "site template gallery" from the old site to the
new site. We have everything else moved to the new site, but this
didn't transfer. Is there a utility or something to help with this?

I'm not aware of any utility/function to do this automatically so you
might want to try exporting each gallery  item to a disk drive, and
reimporting them into the new site's gallery.
