migrate a custom site to sharepoint 2010

Hi,

.stp file which is a custom site template from sharepoint 2007.That custom site I have to migrate to sharepoint 2010.

How to do.In my machine Iam not having 2007 environment.What to do.If u have any idea please share.
Without Using sharepoint 2007 environment it will work are not.
