How to make Microsoft.web.UI.webcontrols.dll safe

I am trying to use IE control in webpart through webpart.

But i am getting some errors. Because IE control work in full trust.

How can i resolve this issue.
How can i make Microsoft.web.UI.webcontrols.dll safe
