I'd like to have a Members List based on the site members group that shows
selected data from the SharePoint Profile (especially the parts populated
from AD like Work Phone and Email). [The "Site Users" web part shows only
the name.]
I can build a custom list with a "Person or Group" field (say, "Person")
based on the member group for the site, then create a row for each user. I
can also use a "Person or Group" column and select the appropriate field for
display (e.g., "Email"). What I can't do is drive the Person in the "Email"
column from the "Person" field. I have to "people-pick" the same person in
field after field when creating the row on the "New" page. Datasheet view is
even worse; I get a drop down of the possible values of "email" based on
the entire list of recipients.
Is there some way to use a calculated field to do what I want?
