Meeting Site Template & Save Content

Is it possible to get the "Save content" option box to appear when
saving a site based on meeting templates? We're using SPS 2003.

Yes but you essentially have to programatically have
to put it in and the event behind it to trigger the
method....otherwise it is already saved...in SQL
Server.
