I am having a bit of trouble finding the master pages associatted
with the layout pages.

I notice that when client is in main site pages, the flyout menu on top
shows 3 levels deep, but when in creation/edit pages (_layout pages),
the flyout menu shows only 2 deep.

I found the layout.master, but there is no setting in there to
configure the flyout depth like the default.master does...
