Manual uninstallation of sharepoint

I installed SPS 2003 and wn i tried to uninstall..i m getting so many
errors..
tried to manually uninstall.. bt tht doesnt work. Can anyone plz
suggest wt all directories and registries are to be removed to for the
same.
