Managed Property Problem - Sharepoint 2010

I can not able to Edit / Add managed properties in FAST Search Query. I am getting the following error.

Through UI
"Unexpected error occurred while communicating with Administration Service"

Through Event Viewer
"
Access is denied. 0x80070005Propagation for search application 380885d7-e9ea-4c57-87bf-b382c723bcf2-crawl-0: failed to communicate with query server 380885d7-e9ea-4c57-87bf-b382c723bcf2-query-0.
"

Help any help me to solve this issue.
