please tell me how to create and the details of

!) managed document library site template
2) divisonal library site template

I did a little research and the only places I can find anything using these
terms is very early pre-release documentation. From what I can tell the Managed
Document Library site  template is now the document  Center and the Division
Library Site Template is the Collaboration Portal.
