I am using MSS 07. I am trying to create a mailing label field so that
you can copy and paste. Right now it selects the outer areas such as
the Last name and then last name, First name and then real first name.
I am try to get it to look like this-

If what you are trying to do is display the contents of a list in the
following format:

<First Name> <Last Name>

Then you can use the calculated column type to create  the desired

In the list containing the address data:

Create a new calculated column called myFullName and use the formula:
=CONCATENATE([First Name]," ",[Last Name])

Create another new calculated collumn called myCityStateZip and use
the formula: =CONCATENATE(City," ",[State/Province]," ",[ZIP/Postal

Then define a new view on the contacts list called Address Line that
contains only the following columns ordered as listed:

Last Name

Before finalizing the View, expand the Style section and
choose "Boxed, no labels" as the View Style.

This should get you most, if not all the way to having the addresses
in a format that users can copy  and paste. You also may want to
consider exporting the addresses to an Excel spreadsheet that could
be used as the source for a mail merge.
