This group has solved 2 of my 3 initial issues!! I am new to
SharePoint and have one outstanding problem before I present SharePoint
to "the powers that be" to try and standardize on SharPoint as a
company platform.
I am not a WebMaster by any stretch, but I have built a Windows
2003 server, setup IIS, have SharePoint Services running and have
created a TeamSite. From that TeamSite, I can upload at least 1 and
sometimes as many as 3 documents before I can no longer upload
anything, usually receiving a message indicating that the connection
with the server has been lost. Similarly, I can edit 1 or two documents
in Word or Excel before I get similar issues. I can always fix the
problem by closing IE and going right back in.
