This answer continues to evade me! Lookup list to populate metadata
about a doc library. I'd like to use a Customer Name drop down box
to populate this field (which I added) but I want to maintain a
single master list of customers to do it. This list exists in on
one site but I need it on other sites. Is there some way to get
this to work. Here's what I've researched so far...
-FrontPage - seems it only populates views that can't be used as the
basis for a lookup field.
-Infopath - can't understand how to get infopath to populate
metadata of a document library (and populate the document.)
I wouldv'e thought this was a pretty common problem....
