Is there any good docs on look and feel changes? The .chm's i've
looked at so far didn't have a lot of detail. For instance, I want
to change the OOB blue banner background on the default.aspx on the
home page. I have added an image to that area, and would like to
make the background white, and the My Site, Site Settings, and Help
text Blue.

I was proficient in 2001, but 2003 is SO different!
