log action of user

I 'd like to know if it is possible to log users' actions.

for example, I want to log :

- userA read news 5 at 11h

- userB (who is an admin) modify news 6

- userC confirms document1...



I think it is possible, but what is the easiest way to do this with SharePoint 2010?
