ListViewWebPart

I am developing several custom webparts. I want my webparts to have
the same look as out-of-the box webparts from sharepoint. I want to
include a menu that looks the same as the menu included with the
ListViewWebPart. The ListViewWebPart has a menu that has things like -
New - Upload - Actions, but I can't seem to determine what class
represents this menu. Anyone got any thoughts?
