Listing Workspaces on a Site

Asked By: Stephanie    Date: Jan 27    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1044

I am trying to set up a small site for a conference being run here. It’s quite basic (since I am doing it) but I have discovered one difficulty. The organiser would like each contributor to have a document workspace where they can put their papers and other material. The problem is there are about 200 of them. I was going to use the “Lead-it Navigation” web part to show a list of them. That works fine except the list is about 200 entries long which doesn’t look so good. Can anyone think of a way of listing them in columns say 5 columns of 40 or so although the exact number isn’t important? For that matter if there is a completely different way that would be better I would welcome any advice. Indeed I might even have a go at writing a web part – if only it would be done in Assembler with a card punch.
