List Of Software Needed for MOSS Implementation

We are going to implement a MOSS project which will include.

1.Document Libraries.
2.Master Pages for Branding.
3.Excel web services.
4.BDC.
5.Workflow
6.Web Part development.
They already have sql server 2000 and Office 2003 and do not want to upgrade
now.

They have asked me to give a list of software for the same.I am planning to give
this.

1.MOSS 2007
2.Visual Studio 2005.
3.Sharepoint designer.

Please let me know if i have to add something else and need to worry about
compatibility with office 2003 for the same.

Are you the coordinator for this project? I would suggest that you
look into the complexity of what this will end up costing and take
some classes on MOSS. You will need the enterprise licenses do to
the excel services and BDC. If this company cannot afford to
upgrade to SQL 2005, then you need to rethink the approach! To use
visual designer you will need a .Net development enviroment.

Google is a very usefull tool to research!
