I have a user that whenever they select the "List Settings" from the "List
Tools-->list" tab the page errors. Nothing displays. This seems to be isolated
to the site collection level and sub-sites. Other site collection admins are not
reporting any issues. If I load the list into SPD, the list settings display and
I can create and edit columns all day long. Any ideas? The error message is way
too cryptic.
