You can already do Bi-Weekly events through the interface provided: Just set the Recur to 2 weeks.

Thanks. I didn't even think to try entering a Weekly event. The Monthly event  also provides additional parameters. I guess that is what happens when you have to give an answer a question right now and don;t have time to think about what is realy being asked  for. I was trying to actually add  a BiWeekly item to the RadioButtonList.
