List custom view filter column problem

In the list, there is a lookup column which allows multiple values
selection. Out of the box I don't think SharePoint 2007 allows you to
filter list results on lookup column like that. Of course, I need to
do this type of filtering and any help/suggestions/workarounds would
be greatly appreciated.

I dont know if you got a solution to your problem.
But, if you have Office 2007 suite installed on your client machine, then you
can filter multiple values.

I checked out the site and read the tutorial. The product does look
very good.

Can the cross site lookup column be "grouped by" if the lookup column
is multi value enabled?
