Can list box of MOSS2007 sends email for each account?

I have a question about list box of MOSS2007 function to send email to each account. I would like to equip it on MOSS site. Anyone let me know which list box I should choose and how to set parameters of the list box.

I do not know what is the “list box” web part, if it is a 3rd party web part, you need to contact the vendor to know how to use of it.

If it is a OOB web part, you need to let me know the web part name.
To be honest, I do not know which web part could send mail for you.
