you have to change the target on the link  from '_self' to '_blank'...

Where do I do that???????????????????????

a typical link  looks like this:

<a href="http://www.ibm.com" target="_blank">IBM</a>

If the href tag does not have a target attribute, it will default to _self
which is what you are getting. Just add a target="_blank" to the link and
you are good to go.

first of all, what links  you mean
do you want to any link  to be opened i na new window  (i mean the SPS
default commands)
or you have a customized link (your own link)
if it is the second one then you just go to the desh.content/the
webpart that contains the links and look up under the advanced
properties for the code and did what what the other friend mensioned
to yuo.
but if it is the first choice this will be somthing different.

Is there a limit to the number of Quick Links you can have? Can you
change it?

I don't know that much, but I love it when I can answer a question.

Go to the main page of your workspance

Click on Contents -- Click on Quick links  -- scroll down and
Click on "Show Advance Settings" now scroll to the very bottom of this page.
In the last box will be the number 5, the default number of Quicklinks.
Change it to whatever
Number you wish.
