Links in Shared Serivces Administration not clickable

I installed MOSS 2007 and SQL Server, S on a same computer. Services in the farm
have been started and they are running.

In Shared Services Administration, Create new SSP, Change Default SSP, Change
Associations, Restore SSP are not clickable. Nothing happens when I click them.

Where am I going wrong ?

Try adding it to your trusted sites. It sounds like an IE restriction
