Linking to Folders in MOSS 2007

Asked By: Devika    Date: Jan 30    Category: MOSS    Views: 887

I have recently begun testing the MOSS 2007 in our environment. When I
tried to test the listings to make sure they worked, some of them
recieved one of the following two errors:

An unexpected error has occurred.

Web Parts Maintenance Page: If you have permission, you can use this
page to temporarily close Web Parts or remove personal settings. For
more information, contact your site administrator.
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint
S-SharePoint/Q_22940396.html#> Services.
Or this:

"The page you requested has moved. You will be automatically redirected
in 5 seconds. Please update your link with the following url:
Click here if you are not redirected automatically."

By doing some digging, I was able to find out that all the links that
were having a problem were linking to folders in document libraries.

Is there some problem in MOSS 2007 with linking to folders? I thought I
remember having to configure MOSS for use with folders, but going
through the administration site, I couldn't find this.
