We have SP2003 and a Team site. Under Event, This is a tab called"
Link to Outlook", This will automatically put the SP event on user's
calendar. Howerver, when users using remote desktop connection to
access the team site. This tab " link to outook" is missing from the
Event section. Anyone experience such issue. Any fix ?

Does the target computer have Office 2003 installed? I think Link to
Outlook is an Office 2003 hook.

I personally have no other suggestions. I would think that there is a disconnect somewhere and Office 2003 is not installed on the computer being used to access the site. If the site works fine when you connect to it without remote desktop, but then lacks the link  when you do, I think the issue lies in what is installed where.
