How can I make a link to an exchange folder ?

Asked By: Maulik    Date: Aug 21    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1206

Without Office XP ?
Our users are using a folder in Outlook/Public Folders. It's a folder
that permits everyone to post a form and ask certain documents to one
department in particular. Instead of rewriting this in another
application, I would like to make a link from sharepoint to the
folder. Someone knows how that's possible ?

That doesn't work here :
the url = file://public folders/all public folders/myfolder
I know the name of the exchange  server, but when i do : file://exchangef server/public folders/all public folders/myfolder the
link doesn't work.

Your URL is not correct. Lets say for example you create a public folder  called

If you are using SSL, then replace http with https. Try this and let me know if
you still have problems.
