Link to a document library (not to a document) from a document library

I'd like to have a link from within a document library to another
document library in the same site (not a link to a document).
SharePoint doesn't have any problem linking to a document once the link
to a document content type is enabled, but it doesn't allow me to link
to a library. Any ideas?

You could always edit the page for the doc library  form display and add a list
view web part for that other library
