I've been asked to create some custom forms for a SharePoint list. No big
deal.. whip out designer, and go to town.

However, I can't seem to get the usual list item toolbar at the top. Is
there a free-standing web part that I can use for that? Google seems not to
be much help.

I really just want to be able to link to the Edit Item form, but when I
tried creating a link and feeding it the item ID, I got a nice blue error
message that says the item doesn't exist. Apparently the edit form needs
the list GUID as well... which doesn't make any sense since the list is
identified within the edit form!

Am I missing something here?
