KPI list create option unavailable

I've got what I'm sure is a simple question, but I cannot find an answer. Perhaps you can help?

I'm trying to create a KPI list for a site, but when i go to where the option is supposed to be (view all site content --> create --> custom lists), it is not there! Any ideas why this would be?

That's an enterprise feature. Are you running MOSS enterprise?

If yes, then you need to enable enterprise features for the site collection and/or site.
