I have a list that are essentially yes/no/n/a answers to questions. I need to do
some a KPI list (and maybe some other eye candy dashboard stuff) with this info.
I need to display something like the following:

- If 9 out of 10 questions were answered yes, display as green
- If 8 out of 10 questions were answered yes, display as yellow
- 7 or less answered yes, display as green

I am working on a calculated column that adds the yes answers, and divides by
the number of columns, but I can't get the indicator to display what I want. It

Create a page with a dataform web part on it in SPD and then use conditional
formatting to display  the green/yellow or whatever indicator.

I cannot find the dataform web part.

Go to the DataSource panel in SPD and find your list. Right click on the list
and select Data source details. Once the Details task pane comes up pick the
columns you want to display  and use the dropdown at the top of the list  to
insert as a Multiple Item view (or something like that since I'm going from
memory.). That will insert a data form web part. You can’t insert one from
the webpart gallery.
