Knowledge Management tool

We have developed a knowledge management site(intranet). This consists
dashboards apart from the ones generated in workspace. We want to prepare a
generic set up, which will be useful for other departments to develope
knowledgement site easily. This is just high level. If anyone worked on such
kind of tool please add your ideas to this.

You can use the Rapport utility included in the SPS Resource Kit. This will
let you provision workspace based on a template

When I am trying to install Rapport.exe. It gives error saying virtual device
driver format in the registry is invalid.

What could be the cause for this error message.
