Need to know SPS path for creating ISA destination set

I trying to configure ISA Server to publish two webs (SPSv2 and OWA) on two
servers within my LAN. When creating a destination for the SPSv2 site, I don't
know what to enter for the path.

For the OWA rule, I used the paths /exchange*, /exchweb*, and /public*

Can anyone help me out?
