Keywords and Best bets in SPS 2003

I am finding bit difficulty in the keywords in SPS
2003.

I have created keywords in SPS, that is manager
keyword in site settings. Now i want use these
keywords with uploading the documents to doc library.

How to get keywords in documents library properties.

I wanted to know how to use this functionlity (Keyword
and best bet)
