I have a question I am hoping you can help me out with. I have a list
that is providing data to another list (webpart connections). The
list has an item limit of 10. When I click the radio button of a list
item on the first page (Item 1-10) a query string is passed in the URL
like so {56A46858-AD91-41CF.....}.

However when I click next to view the next set of list items, (Items
11-21)then click a radio button, the query string that gets passed in
the URL gets converted. For instance "{" are now "%7b" and "}" are
now "%7d" Is there I way I can keep my browser from covering the URL
and keep the "{" in the URL?
