item-level restore: what's your favorite solution?

For SQL-server based WSS users:



We know about A LOT of SQL-based content DB restore functions that will do a
system-wide roll-back, but what about the ability to recover an individual
document object or list item?



There are several 3rd-party apps for this purpose - which is best and why?
