Issue about active directory users

i've fully installed and configure windows sharepoint services....i
configured most of the things....now i've to know how can i add users through
active directory there are almost 150 users its not possible to add user one by
one manually....i dont know the steps how can i integrate with the
organization's active directory and import users.

You can use AD groups to do this, Example: Create a "Reader" group in
AD, assign the Reader Group to the Reader Role in your WSS site.. Add
users to the AD Reader Group.

You could create code to add users, but that almost seems like overkill
for a one time shot.
