iPhrase and Share Point--anyone tried to link them?

Asked By: Amos    Date: Sep 20    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 559

Does anyone have experience using the iPhrase product with a Share Point database? iPhrase appears to be a potent search engine, but we are hearing that it does not index blobs--a problem if we want to link it to Share Point.

I haven’t had any customers who have SharePoint suggest or consider iPhrase. I’ve been in the search  industry for 7+ years, and iPhrase is a specialized query matching engine  when you know where you want to take the user. They are not good at general searches (take a look at any site that they power—if you have an account at Schwab, you can try them there). I can give more detail if anyone wants.
