You will have to create another site group. In order to create a site group,
follow these procedures:

1. Go to Site Settings.
2. Under the General Settings section, select Manage security and additional
settings.
3. Under the Users and Permissions section, select Manage site groups.
4. Click Add a Site Group.
5. Give it a name.
6. Assign the same permissions as the Contributor site group but do not check
the Delete items.... checkbox.
7. Then assign the 4 users to this new site group that you just created.

I am new to Sharepoint and would like to learn some quick valuable tips from you
experts out there.
Recently, I have done some research but would still like to confirm a few
things:
Would it be possible to combine emails, contacts, calendars, appointments using
PABX together with SP?
Basically for this reason, a certain telephone number in an office receives a
call, could SP recognize this number and open an incident only if this number
receives a call?
Would SP be able to integrate employees monthly shift together with their leave,
sick leave and appointments?
