You might need some development work on that. Just macros that your
director can use to enter data  and then have it post them into a web
part.

You can use the spreadsheet  mode in a list and have him/her do the same
(just not in excel)

publish ur excel  file as web page and than add that web page into sharepoint
site or portal

When you have questions or statements, it helps when you start your
own thread, instead of tagging it onto an existing thread. It makes
things easier for all.
