Integration with AS400 Mainframe

Could someone provide me with links or resources for configuring SharePoint
to pull data from an AS400 Mainframe?

I am looking to implement something similar to
www.demo.dspanel.com/.../....asp?DashboardID=http://www.d
emo.dspanel.com/DAVCatalog/Dashboards/dspdemo in the long term. About how
long would you say development of a dashboard like this take?

Best idea is to have the AS/400 data "replicated" to SharePoint lists. In this way you have no restrictions with SharePoint features, e.g. dashboards ore workflows.
