Integrating .mpp file with sharepoint

I have a .mpp file(MS project file), is it possible to upload all it's data to
sharepoint list? if possible let me know, as it will help me a lot...! I am
having more than 20 different type of mpp files. It will help me to track all
different type of projects.

Have you looked at using Project Server? It's based on WSS and seems like
it might be exactly what you are looking for.

There is also a recent book by Dux Raymond Sy on SharePoint for Project
Management that covers some ways to use SharePoint without Project Server. I
haven't read it yet, but have heard that it has some useful information.
