Installing sharepoint2010 in local machine

Hello,
I am new to SharePoint and I wanted to learn it. I had installed MOSS in my system (Litwaredemo).It was very helpful to me. I am wondering is there any thing like that as Litware Demo for SharePoint 2010 version which I can download and practice. If there is any what are the requirements of the system to install that in a virtual machine. Please let me know!! Thank You!!
