How to install sharepoint in a clustered environment?

Asked By: Wayne Fox         Date: Feb 16, 2010      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 780

MS says: SharePoint cannot be installed in a clustered environment.

Is there any way to provide resillence to corporate documents?? i.e. the
data that is stored inside workspace (e.g. categories, documents, profiles
etc...)

Do SharePoint support that all data inside a particular workspace can be
resided on another server/PC??

Another way around could be take backup on daily basis, but that would be
offline resillence rather than online !

You have to wait for Version 2 or implement a hot spare server with backup

When you say "Sharepoint can not be installed  in a clustered
environment", that means on the cluster itself, correct?

Are there any issues with Sharepoint working with Exchange 2000 on a
cluster?
